These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 1w EV Booking mobile application ("the App") provided by 1w EV Booking developed by G CODING LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

Reservations made through the App are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if necessary. Reservation time slots are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and we do not guarantee that a specific charger will be available at the reserved time.
QR codes generated by the App are unique to each reservation and should not be shared, duplicated, or used for purposes other than checking in at the designated charging station. We are not responsible for any issues arising from misuse of QR codes.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of 1w EV Booking developed by G CODING LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Charging station information, including availability and pricing, is provided by third-party sources and may not always be current or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1w EV Booking developed by G CODING LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.
The App may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, or content. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, and your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
